Comments: My husband and I will visit Gallo in October this year.We were wondering is it easy to get there on a day trip from Rome or should we go and stay in Naples and travel from there.Also can you get there by bus and or train. I am a descendant of Gallesi, my father is Antonio Delli Carpini who emigrated to Australia in 1949.He is 83 years old he married my mother Rosina in Australia. My grandmother was Maria Rocchio (dad's mother) she emigrated to Australia in 1969 with my uncle her disabled son Pasquale.My grandfather was Francesco Delli Carpini and he came to Australia in 1927 he unfortunately passed away before I was born he died in 1950. My great grandparents (nonna's parents were Cosimo Rocchio and Angela Palumbo) . Cosimo had the electricicty connected to Gallo (not sure of the year) he and Angela emigrated to to NY in about 1918. The rest of his children also successfully went to the US my Nonna was the only one who didn't as her husband had come to Australia (he had tried to emigrate to the US with his brother in law Antonio Rocchio) in 1921 but did not have the correct documentation so was sent back to Italy and then decided to venture to Australia instead. I have heard so much from my Nonna and my father of Gallo so will finally visit this year. I would love to hear of anyone who knew my family in Gallo. I speak some Italian having been taught by my grandparents and parents.

Comments: Thank you Benny for your suggestion for everyone to save atleast 5 percent gas. I've been doing it right along and am in total agreement with you. Besides there would be gains in terms of health improvement if people would walk to go buy the newspaper, to church and to wherever within resonable range.
